After graduating from the University of Miami, Stuart began his career in the Florida Attorney General’s office and later served under Miami-Dade County Mayor Steve Clark. He transitioned to the private sector as a founding partner of Project Masters, a full-service public relations firm specializing in political campaigns, governmental relations, and special event planning. For nearly twenty years, Stuart helped clients achieve success through strategic planning, campaign execution, and relationship marketing. His ability to connect clients with key decision makers became a hallmark of his approach—whether navigating government processes or building influence through network marketing.
Following his tenure at Project Masters, Stuart focused on strategic consulting for large organizations, offering tailored solutions that aligned with their goals and expanded their reach. After nearly thirty years of involvement with Florida-based U.S. Legal Services, he co-founded U.S. Legal Consultants, LLC to continue delivering results-driven guidance and access to vital networks.
